Terms will be given on established accounts only.

All orders must be faxed, emailed or mailed with check or credit card using order form provided to the right.

Please allow 2 weeks lead-time in our plant after order has been received.

• To order you must supply your tax status. 
• First order must accompanied by a check, money order or Credit Card. (Freight will be billed separately.)
• If terms & credit is desired please submit a credit application.
• Fax to 913-829-0821 when complete.

(*Please Note: Checks are deposited the same day they are received. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.)
